    "content": "Delete the words “three months before the nomination of the candidate” and substitute therefor the words “two months before the date of the general elections. The rationale is, of course, to ensure that the period when this list of party members is forwarded to the Registrar does not become too long before the actual nominations of parties and even the General Elections, because political activities are more heightened around the time of the General Elections and it is not realistic to lock out members from registering when there is more political mobilization. I therefore, seek to move."
