    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank Mr. Ekwee Ethuro. However, more fundamental is a call for a very thorough investigation to know whether somebody in Government knew there was oil there thereby setting up a series of events that led to all these quagmires that we are seeing. The same story would be said of what we heard this morning in respect to Lamu and Isiolo. Can the Government mechanism be put into place now so that all those people who are speculating or those who were in office at that particular time are the first point when oil was thought to be available in Turkana to be investigated thoroughly to see whether they betrayed the course of the Turkana people."
