I am saying that because as late as January this year, a conman has sold my four properties in Naivasha Town. With the help of the Assistant Minister’s officers, they have got fake title deeds. That issue is rampant. Could you assure the Naivasha people that your department is functional and the CID are going to arrest all the people who are using stolen documents? He should come and visit the site itself."
