(a) Is the Minister aware that three children namely, Pauline Njeri Maina, Elizabeth Nyambura Maina and Catherine Wachuka Maina were burnt at Uplands in Lori location and admitted in the Intensive Care Unit at Kenyatta National Hospital on 9th May, 2012? (b) Is the Minister also aware that one of the children, Catherine Wachuka, subsequently died? (c) What was the cause of the fire and could the Minister consider paying the medical bills at the hospital since the parents cannot afford to pay?"
