    "content": "Thank you very, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The fact of the matter is that I am grappling with this situation. I wish I could find a quick solution so that we give our District Education Officers vehicles. I agree that a repair cost of Kshs747,000 seems to be on the high side but if the hon. Member heard what I read, he will find that the answer says that we have to overhaul the engine but the cost for the rest of the body is not so much. Therefore, by using the procurement method, we will determine whether it is cheaper to repair the vehicle than to completely write it off. The one for Garbatulla is reparable. As I said, the problem has been the procurement process and meeting the requirements of the financial year. However, if I get an opportunity to find cheaper vehicles for Distinct Education Officers, we will make the presentation in this House so that we can get the approvals as necessary."
