    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir for the chance to also contribute to this very important Motion. I will start by saying that we need to allow Government services to continue and to allow them to continue is allowing this Motion to pass. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I note the new Minister has taken the new document with a lot of image building which is acceptable to us and even to the whole country. He has given a good image to the new Ministry and this very afternoon, he has given a firm commitment – a serious undertaking that all the issues that were raised by the Budget Committee will be embraced in the incoming proposal.
