Going by the events that have happened in this country in the last few months, it is clear that a disaster can happen at any time. It can happen today; it can happen tomorrow and it can happen next week. When I go to the Minister for Finance, he tells me that he has no money. So, I want to appeal to my friend, whom I helped very quickly that he depleted my finances, and that I need them to be replenished to think otherwise. I do not need to elaborate any more. Thank you."
