Is the Minister in order to mislead this House that President Kibaki’s Government has fairly and equally distributed resources in the country? We know that these projects are mainly concentrated in other areas. In my constituency, it is only one location which has electricity. In Lagdera Constituency, no location has electricity or dam. There are no dams in the North Eastern Province? Is he in order to mislead the House when I know that there are only 10 kilometres of tarmac road in the entire North Eastern Province? Is he in order to mislead the House that KENHA has fairly and equally distributed resources in the country?"
