    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really have confidence in this Minister, to help us move the projects that were dead. I would like to ask him if he has any idea of big loans that were given to this country. It was a mixture of grants and loans. In particular, I am concerned about the loan that was given to the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) to purchase medium wave radio equipment that was massive and could fill buildings, when at that time, people were moving into the latest technology of FM radio stations."
