    "content": "Secondly, hon. Members, I have Communication to make regarding returns on Bills received from the Attorney-General pursuant to the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.125 requires the Attorney-General to present to the President, within 14 days of receipt from the Clerk, every Bill passed by this House. Thereafter, at the expiry of 14 days, the Attorney-General is required to file a return with the Speaker indicating the time and the date that the Bill was presented to the President. The returns now received indicate that the following three Bills, which were all passed by the National Assembly on various dates, were presented by the Attorney-General to His Excellency the President for assent and were all duly assented to as hereunder:- 1. The Partnership Bill, 2010, passed by the National Assembly on 29th May 2012 and duly assented to on 15th June 2012 at 1800hrs. 2. The Judicature (Amendment) Bill, 2011, passed by the National Assembly on 29th May 2012 and duly assented to on 15th June 2012 at 1800hrs. 3. The Publication of Electoral Opinion Polls Bill, 2011, passed by the National Assembly on 30th May 2012 and duly assented to on 15th June 2012 at 1800hrs I thank you."
