    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in this amendment, we propose deletion of the “Kenya Private Sector Alliance”. Even though the Kenya Private Sector Alliance is a very important body, it is not a statutory body. It is a private company, and we thought it not very safe to legislate for appointment through a procedure that includes them without really a more substantive criterion. We have instead included the Law Society of Kenya and the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Development, in the event that it will still exist as a Ministry in the next few years."
