    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my Ministry is fully in charge of this particular programme. Of course, the Prime Minister’s Office supervises all the Ministries and we are working together. About the key thing hon. Dr. Khalwale is asking, it is important for hon. Members to understand that my Ministry specifically deals with the Nairobi metropolitan area. Therefore my Ministry may not be in a position to go outside the Nairobi metropolitan area. However, I am aware that the Office of the President, through the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, is also trying to roll out CCTV cameras in other cities in the country."
