When I look at this Bill, I see that one of the major functions of TSC is to ensure that we observe the prescribed teaching standards. Now, I am also aware that within the Ministry of Education, there is a Quality Assurance Department. I am not very clear whether that quality assurance function will now be transferred to the TSC or not. But I think there is a need to look at this."
