    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is an urgent need to review the Education Act itself, so that we can specify the role of each of the stakeholders participating in the education sector. At the moment, we know that we have the churches involved in this. We have other stakeholders in the education sector. I think those roles have not been properly defined before. I think after the passage of the new TSC Bill, we will streamline that. We want the role of the church and community to be understood properly. We should introduce more discipline and professionalism in the management of the education sector."
