    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will give an example. Take any clause of the Bill, say Clause 14, which is on page 1357. If you look at the title there, that is, Units of the Commission, and then refer to the first page, that is page 1343, you will notice that Units of the Commission come under Clause 15 on that page and not Clause 14 as set out in the body of the Bill. This is the case with the rest of the clauses until the end. With those few remarks, I wish to support."
