    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, again, there is the issue of the fixed six-year term. I do not know why we must have a fixed six-year term. We must borrow from the other provisions that we have done before, and I have not seen where we have Commissions that have a fixed six-year term. We have three years renewable, so that if there is any Commissioner who is now working effectively, we do not have to go through the long constitutional process of removal. But we can have an opportunity within those three years to choose somebody afresh."
