    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, finally, there is the issue of conflict of interest, I think under the Third Schedule, Section 12. I do not understand, again, here because there are two Bills that are following each other and so, it is very easy to pick those differences. But this Bill is more general in terms of the issue of conflict of interest. The Teachers Service Commission Bill, specifically talks about spouses. I do not know whether there is something very significant about the Teachers Service Commission, that is not unique to the Public Service Commission. So, I would want to urge the Minister, again, because some of these issues are crosscutting with the Teachers Service Commission Bill, if he could sit with his counterpart in the Ministry of Education, who also happens to be a very good lawyer, and look at some of those and harmonize the provisions of this Bill, which are very similar and yet have very different provisions."
