    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is happening that this time if the Appropriation Bill is passed, it will be possible to release all Government funds without having to wait until half the year is gone, subject, of course, to revenue collection by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Otherwise, the process has proceeded well. The cooperation is excellent. Performance among the officers and the Minister for Finance is excellent. Co- operation and understanding by the departmental committees are excellent. I have no reservations at all in supporting this Appropriation Bill."
