    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. The assumption here is that the First Reading, Second Reading and the Committee of the Whole House of the Appropriation Bill will take place today. The Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade is charged with the responsibility to ensure that the figures here are the same as those in the Printed Estimates. We have not had the time since and I urge this House to kindly consider giving us, at least, until this afternoon so that the Committee can go and sit down in the spirit of co-operation that we have shown before, have a quick look at it and then reassure the House what the Minister is trying in vain to do, that as a Committee of the House that we have seen those figures and confirm that they are the same as those in the Appropriation Bill. So, I urge the House to accept my request."
