The Chair directs that the debate on Order No.10 be concluded, and that Order No.11 (i) be deferred until this afternoon. The Chair directs that there be a Supplementary Order Paper on the same. As the rules of the House are at the moment, after the First Reading is done, a Bill stands committed to the Committee. So the Committee should move with speed. Mr. Shakeel, the Chair also notes with gratification that you were also of the same idea that you should be able to finish this; in the afternoon you will have done your job.
