    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have talked about issues in the Ministry of Medical Services and the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) many times. The NHIF at one stage forgot its mandate and went into development of buildings. The money which was supposed to go to health was used to put up very expensive buildings. There is also the issue that happened recently, where it appears like the Government lost a lot of money. I hope that the Government is addressing this issue."
