    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I think the Executive is trying to claw back some of the powers that the Legislature had taken, in the essence that the selection panel that is going to be constituted--- In the other selection panels that have been constituted, the names have even come to Parliament for approval. Thereafter, the selection panel go and start functioning. So, I do not understand why this particular one should not be done that way."
