At the same time, she did try to get access to all the necessary officers and there was no communication whatsoever as to why the vehicle was detained. I wish to table the letters, where they have been pursuing this matter. So, I do not think that the Minister is really telling us why the vehicle was sold when all the necessary requirements were met, including the inspection that he is talking about. You never gave this person audience or even informed her why you were detaining the vehicle."
