Mr. Minister, just like the rest of the membership of the House knows that the business of the House on Wednesday afternoon starts at 2.30 p.m. There is no explanation as to why the Minister is not here. To say that they are on their way is not good enough. So, that is obviously disorderly conduct. I will direct now that the Minister and the Assistant Minister are not allowed into the House this afternoon. They are also excluded from all the other premises in Parliament. We will defer this Question to tomorrow afternoon. Serjeant-at-Arms, ensure that those directions are complied with strictly. They will not go to the Press Centre, the Members Lounge or their offices! The Question will appear on the Order Paper tomorrow at 2.30 p.m. That brings us to the end of Order No.6."
