"content": " Hon. Members, I would like to highlight the procedure so that we are all together. We are now in the Committee of the whole House to consider the amendments recommended by His Excellency the President on the Price Control (Essential Goods) Bill, 2009, pursuant to Section 46(4) of the former Constitution of Kenya which is saved by Section 3(2) of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution. We will dispose of the amendments to Clauses 2, 3, 4 and 6 sequentially, one after the other, then dispose of the proposed amendment to the Long Title. On reporting, the Bill will not be read a Third Time as this was done during the initial passage of this Bill."
