    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support that Motion for only one reason. These extensions that the Government always seeks to sit at night have brought very negative connotations to this Parliament. In fact, somebody was telling me that this business of extending Sittings to midnight: “ Kwani nyinyi ni wachawi ?’ So I am happy that this time the Government is doing it in the morning. As a matter of practice, even if we have to sit on a Friday, let us do it but let us not do it at night. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
