    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 be amended by deleting sub-clauses (6), (7) and (8) and substituting in place thereof with the following new sub-clauses – “17(6) The National Treasury shall, at the beginning of every quarter, and in any event not later than the fifteenth day from the commencement of the quarter, disburse monies to county governments. 17(7) The disbursement referred to in subsection (6) shall be done in accordance with a schedule prepared by the National Treasury in consultation with the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council, with the approval of the Senate, and published in the Gazette, as approved, not later than 30th May in every year."
