    "content": " Madam Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 100 be amended— (a) in subclause (3)(a) by deleting the words “financial” in between the word “and” and “recovery” so as to read as follows:- “The progress on resolving the County Government’s financial problems and the recovery plan; and” (b) in subclause (3)(b) by deleting the word “financial” in between the word “the” and “recovery” to read as follows:- “The effectiveness of the recovery plan.” (c) in subclause (4) by deleting the word “three” and replace it with the word “four” so as to read as follows:- “The Joint Committee shall, every four months, submit progress reports and, where appropriate a final report on the intervention to the Cabinet Secretary, the County Executive Committee responsible for Finance, the relevant county assembly, the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council and the Senate.”"
