    "content": " Madam Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 105(1) be amended— (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “investigating” and substituting therefor the word “access”; (b) in paragraphs (c),(e) and (f) by deleting the words “but excluding the county assembly” wherever these words appear. Again, this is just a clarification that the County Treasurer cannot issue circulars to the county assembly."
