    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to support this Motion. Only this morning my Committee on Resettlement of IDPs had a meeting with this Commission. They explained to us the kind of work they have done, the circumstances in which they have been operating and the amount of work that needs to be done. It was noted that they are yet to reach Rift Valley. They were quite happy with the findings they got in those other areas. I wanted to make it very clear that we support this because the two year duration that was given to the Commission compared to the mandate that the law has given them, looking at all these issues from 1963, you cannot really expect it to be done within the two year period. I beg to support."
