    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also rise to support this Bill for two good reasons. One, that for the first time we shall have banks disclosing the unclaimed assets that they have. I will give you a very good example. When I was in High School, I think all of you remember, Post Office and Savings Bank used to have a little box in which you dropped coins, afterwards you took it to the Post Office where they would open and save the money. I did that throughout my High School. When I went to college I forgot about it. I have never recovered my money from the Post Office and Savings Bank up to today. Therefore, that must have been used along the lines by somebody without returning it to its rightful owner."
