    "content": "I want today to recognize - as the Minister has recognized the Committees - that for the first time, we are now finding the Ministry of Finance much more amenable to us. It is able to listen to what we are saying. I want to commend the whole team, the Permanent Secretary and the Minister for being accommodative and actually listening to us. As a result, we have come up with a very good Bill."
