    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not want to speak, but the Minister provoked me by saying that he has found value in working with the Committees. I was here when the Committees and Members were pleading with the Government and the Minister to allow time so that these views can be incorporated. So, I think the lesson that the Minister should take to the Cabinet is that the House is always more than ready and willing to do the job they cannot do. I think if you only convey that particular message, we will be happier."
