    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to support this Bill. This is a very important Bill and it is good that hon. Lekuton has brought it to the House. This Bill is going to make a lot of difference. A lot of unclaimed money is held by our banks and insurance companies. The heirs of this money are suffering, but they have no access to it. This Bill will enable the owners of the money that is held by insurance companies and banks to access it. Lastly, this money, which I am told is in excess of Kshs200 billion will be available to the Government to use for social development projects. I wish to strongly support this Bill."
