You are asking for two weeks yet the matter comes under Question by Private Notice. Ordinarily, a Question by Private Notice is supposed to be attended to within 48 hours of its filing. Therefore, the Chair will give you a few more minutes while a few other Questions by Private Notice are disposed of. Study that answer and then you will have to answer the Question."
