It is a friendly Government that accuses the military, especially the Air force, of using the airbase for drug trafficking, alleging that commanders were involved in their transportation; also it alleged that military vehicles were used for drug trafficking. This is a very serious allegation from a friendly Government. So, it is not difficult for the Government of the Republic of Kenya to enquire, seek or demand from the United States"
