    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was saying that as far as the Government of Kenya is concerned, none of its organs can be involved in that kind of criminal activity. Two, the so called report was not a report of the Kenyan Government; so, its authenticity and what it contained is not really the subject for us to debate because it was not our report. The other issue, which is more fundamental in terms of the coordination between what comes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of State for Defence, I think this House, and the Chair has directed, that an issue that goes beyond one Ministry be directed to the office of the Prime Minister as the co-ordinator of the Government Ministries. I think that has been the practice and that is one of the things we should do so that we get this coordinated response."
