"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter has been in this House for too long. Truly, to be true to Kenyans, we have active Ministers who have been dealing with this matter. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not really want to go against your ruling. Will I be in order to ask that the Ministers who have really been in charge of this matter to bring to this House a full Statement, so that we can make a conclusion on what is going on? So, there is no need for the Minister for Foreign Affairs to toss it to the Office of the Prime Minister and yet, he is still there and can be held liable to this House."
