Further to that, could the Minister tell the House who the first person to buy this helicopter from the Eurocopter factory was and when that was? Could he also tell the House the full address and contacts of the first person who bought it from the factory? Could he also provide the full specifications of the helicopter on delivery? We would also like to know where it flew to when it was sold. Could he also tell us if it was converted, who converted it before it got to Kenya and in which factory? When it got to Kenya, how much did it cost Kenyans? What was the actual price from Eurocopter?"
