"content": "Hon. Minister, you are supposed to take in the concerns as further clarifications are sought. Indeed, the House is not competent enough to talk about the inquest. There are areas of concern that are preliminary and which any Government would want to take on board. I keep saying that to allay the concerns of Kenyans, indeed a credible process is under way. Hon. Minister, nobody has come up here to say that you are responsible for the death of the Ministers. What these hon. Members are saying is that there are these concerns. In all fairness, you are supposed to be taking in that information; you are not supposed to be having a problem with the information. It will help you to get to the bottom of these things even at that preliminary level. So, I will take one point of order given the fact that two hon. Members of this House, and four other equally distinguished members of the Kenyan society, lost their lives. The Chair has a responsibility to allow the seeking of as many clarifications as possible. The House does not have to look like it is pushing something under the carpet. For the hon. Members, I would like to urge you to seek clarifications that will help us in unraveling the mystery of the deaths of our colleagues and the other distinguished Kenyans. I am only going to take two more clarifications. After that the matter will rest. The Deputy Leader of Government Business will make a small statement and then we will go to the next Order."
