    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was about to say that, pursuant to the demolitions, a Joint Committee was formed, comprising Members of the relevant Departmental Committees of Administration and National Security; Lands and Natural Resources; Local Authorities, and Transport, Public Works and Housing, to investigate the evictions and demolitions. The Joint Committee, under my chairmanship, tabled its Report in this House in December, 2011, and that Report was adopted. Amongst the recommendations in that Report was that an independent forensic audit be undertaken to look into this tragedy. Work on the independent forensic audit started in March, 2012. It was supposed to take 60 days but it was not completed within that period. We got an extension from the Chair and I am pleased to report this morning"
