    "content": " Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. From the onset, I want to support the Motion. I totally disagree with my colleagues who say that the President has done a favour to Members of Parliament. I think he used his wisdom as a great man who understands what this country is all about. To demand qualifications like a degree is missing the point because as you all know, many times Members of Parliament go to compete in any election. In my case, I had more than four degree holders. But what do people look for? People look for integrity, wisdom, the ability and also the honesty of the person. They also look for somebody who is capable to look after their welfare. So, I would not like to repeat what has been said. I want to say that paper qualification is not enough for people to be elected. Therefore, I do support the President."
