    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I stand to support the Appropriation Bill with the amendments that have been tabled by the Minister. As I do that, let me say that the concerns that are being raised by hon. Members are very important. It is high time the Government realized that this is not a Government of a few people; rather it is the Government of the people. The Constitution states very strictly and clearly about public participation and respect for the Committees. We wish to commend the Minister for Finance, hon. Githae."
