    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, first of all, I want to congratulate the Minister for being humble and a good listener. He has particularly contributed to the making of this particular Budget at a difficult time for him. I also want to congratulate the House. This is my first Budget in Parliament. I have also been listening and learning. I was impressed by the co-operation that existed across party lines, with hon. Members working together as Kenyans. That is a very good idea. I think it was wonderful to see this Budget approved. Thank you."
