For your information, when you cross the boundary which is a very fine line, that is when you go into the other network. The roaming is there in the whole of those countries. However, you do not go into the network before you cross the border. When you cross back sometimes it is just a matter of metres, then you cross back to your own country. So, whereas the roaming arrangement is there all over the world, you only roam into another service provider when you get into the other country, not when you are in your country."
