"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have been sitting here quietly listening. I have gone through this before. I want to urge the Committee that there is no position to defend. You have placed a report on the Table. Allow us to debate it. Because when you look as if it is adversorial; something is on trial and you are defending a position it dilutes the debate. I want to urge the Chairman and his team to let a man against whom you have made very serious allegations to argue his case. I was denied that opportunity. Please do not deny him."
