But is the Member in order to mislead the House that the Committee intends to torpedo the scheme and yet, our first recommendation is that the Government ensures continuity of civil servants and members of the discipline forces’ medical insurance scheme currently underway? Even in my contribution in seconding, I insisted that the programme is so important and we should not do anything to discontinue it. Is the Member in order to mislead the House?"
