Can he table evidence to the effect that I was, indeed, there, and that I looked for business? He told the Committee that Mr. Saini had been to his office severally, and that he had referred him to the Principal Procurement Officer, and to Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA). That is what the Minister said when he appeared before the Committee. Is he in order? Can he table evidence to that effect?"
