We are aware that the Ministry has kept on promising that they will be bringing a Social Health Insurance Scheme Bill to this House. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House when this Bill will be brought to the House so that we can save the plight of many Kenyans who are suffering from these astronomical bills?"
