    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, given the number of cases where these applications for payment of medical bills are made and the manner in which they are dealt with on ad hoc basis, could the Ministry consider developing a policy that will guide those who seek assistance in this form so that they know that when they apply for medical support from the Ministry, they have to meet a certain criteria so that the allegations of corruption and nepotism or discrimination do not arise when this money is being waived? Could you let us know when you will develop this policy and what the policy is going to be?"
